12 Days Of Youanuary

Can I just say that I am really like how my channel is shaping itself? It’s a little showcase of who I really am. The girlfriend who has deep intimate chats with you as we do our makeup or skincare….LOOOVVEEE it! LOL 

Anyhoo! Last year I had a series of videos based on a video published by the Eva Monroe. The video was based on new year's energy and it really resonated with me and it became the inspiration of the series, S.N.A.T.C.H.E.D, which I simply named after her video topic. Catch the series here. It still and probably will always be relevant! 

At the end of the series, I realized ( and got a comment) that this was something I could do again. So enter, 12 Days of Youanuary! Youanuary is a play on the words you and January. Rather apt, don’t you think? 12 Days of Youanuary is inspired by 3 things; advent calendars in particular the Advent of Kindness created by Christopher, one of my favorite YouTubers to watch, and my way of approaching the new year and offering my content in series. (My previous blog post talks a little bit about how and why I approach my new year in the way I do) 

There is no need to repeat myself so find 12 Days of Youanuary here! It has 12 prompts (obviously) and my suggestions on how to work with the prompts.

In 2 videos, I share my thoughts and inspiration on the matter, how I am going to work with the prompts in 2022 and do my makeup or my skincare with you ( Old School Youtube GRWM but make it fresh! LOL). Over the year, I plan to do check-ins perhaps every 3 or 4 months. It would bring me lots of joy if you joined me! We can have a good chinwag in the comments section! 

Anyhoo, I will end this blog post in the same way I ended 12 days of Youanuary. Thank you for letting me be a part of your year. And thank you for being a part of mine.
